The portal makes it possible to request for quick scanning or physical delivery of the file of a particular patient and view the complete history of such requests. All information and metadata about each patient’s file, including its exact physical location, is stored in the SRP database and can be accessed on demand.

All stages of medical record scanning are handled completely by our SRP, including quality control, human resource delivery and our advanced document scanner. It is a clear and completely transparent step-by-step process that guarantees high quality and complete confidentiality:
Pickup, transportation and intake at our facilities
We pick up your medical records and prepare them for delivery to our facilities. Our staff comes to your site, registers all documents to SRP, puts them into specially designed collection boxes, assigns each box a unique barcode, and stacks them on sealed euro pallets. From the moment the patient file is registered, Unlimited Copy Services and your staff can use SRP to track the exact physical location of each box and the processing step of each medical file in real time. The sealed Euro Plates containing your medical records are then transported to the Unlimited Copy Services facility in a sealed vehicle. All transfers are dedicated, meaning that nothing is transferred other than your patient’s files at any time to guarantee complete confidentiality and security. When your registered patient files arrive at unlimited copy services a and the integrity of all seals is verified, we scan the barcode on each box and assign each box a unique location in our warehouse.
Preparation and Scanning
We prepare to scan your medical files with strict instructions. File folders, staples and paper clips are removed, and if necessary, file/document separation pages and/or toggle pages are inserted into the scanner for special instructions.
